These Terms of Use apply to the website operated by the Danish Model Agency Association (DMAA).

The purpose of the website is to provide information about DMAA, its work, its member agencies and general industry guidance.

3. Member agencies

DMAA member agencies are independent businesses.

Membership of DMAA does not make DMAA responsible for the commercial activities, contracts, bookings, payments, representations or decisions of an individual member agency.

Any agreement entered into with a member agency is an agreement with that agency and not with DMAA, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Questions or disputes relating to an individual booking or agency relationship should therefore normally be addressed directly to the relevant agency.

4. Competition and independent commercial decisions

DMAA supports lawful and responsible cooperation within the Danish model industry.

Member agencies remain independent businesses and make their own commercial decisions, including decisions concerning pricing, fees, clients, contracts and business strategy.

DMAA does not coordinate prices, customer allocation, market sharing or other anti-competitive conduct between its members.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, branding, guidelines and other materials produced by DMAA, is owned by or licensed to DMAA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may be quoted or shared for legitimate informational purposes provided that:

• The content is not materially altered or presented misleadingly

• DMAA is clearly identified as the source

• The use does not suggest endorsement by DMAA where no such endorsement exists

• DMAA branding and logos may not be used in a way that suggests membership, partnership, approval or endorsement without prior permission.
